Assistant General Counsel

Kathryn is a licensed attorney in Minnesota. Kathryn comes to Sellers Dorsey with more than 14 years of experience drafting and negotiating managed care and vendor contracts. In addition, she served as the program leader for the under-65 Medicare membership at the largest MCO in the United States, where she was responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of tailored programs for over 1.4 million under-65 Medicare members. In her most recent position, she was an in-house attorney for the nation’s largest provider of medically tailored home delivered meals. In this role, she was responsible for contract drafting and negotiation for health plans, Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, and Area Agencies on Aging.

Current Responsibility

Kathryn supports the firm’s efforts with contract drafting and negotiation for state and local governments, healthcare providers, and other outside vendors. She also provides further legal support for the firm regarding statutory and regulatory interpretation for the National Consulting and National Medicaid Finance practices, RFP support, and merger and acquisition support.
