Felicia brings deep expertise in maternal and child health policy, federal funding, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, she served as Regulatory Affairs Manager at the National Service Office for Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First, where she led MIECHV and Tribal MIECHV implementation, guided organizational responses to federal regulatory changes, and built the regulatory and reporting infrastructure for the field’s largest federal funding source. Previously, Felicia worked at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as a Maternal Child Health Specialist, serving as a subject matter expert and liaison between public health and Medicaid to support effective grant administration and continuous quality improvement.
