Prior to his current role with Sellers Dorsey, Dave worked for years with the Budget Office of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services (DHS). Throughout his time, he served in numerous roles and leading positions, including Fiscal Management Director and Medical Assistance Section Chief. Dave’s work with DHS also included collaborating with Sellers Dorsey on several initiatives throughout the last 14 years of the firm’s contract with the Commonwealth. His leadership background as well as his firsthand experience with Sellers Dorsey engagements make him an invaluable asset to the team.
Current Responsibility
Dave handles client implementations and operational delivery for the team in the areas of Medicaid financing and revenue maximization, Medicaid managed care, business development, provider policy, and reimbursement. Dave also provides financial consultation to the Commonwealth’s Budget Secretary related to the Departments of Health and Human Services. As an experienced health care leader, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having served the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services as Fiscal Management Director for many years.
