Sellers Dorsey Welcomes Steve McDonald as New Chief Growth Officer

Steve McDonald joins the Firm with more than 30 years of experience in health care growth initiatives.

Sellers Dorsey is pleased to announce Steve McDonald as the Firm’s new Chief Growth Officer. McDonald brings with him 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of growing high-performance teams, increasing revenue, and developing and fostering relationships. Leveraging his expertise in operational leadership and innovative growth strategies, McDonald will help the Firm develop and execute its strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining Sellers Dorsey, McDonald served as President of Interbit Data, a software company that provides solutions for health care business continuity and workflow automation. In 2022, Steve helped Interbit grow dramatically, and successfully positioned the organization for future progress by securing new, influential clients. Prior to Interbit, he served as Vice President of Healthcare Advisory for Impact Advisors where he oversaw operations of multiple health care IT service lines.

Earlier in his career, McDonald helped contribute to the growth of Meditech and Cerner during pivotal times in their companies’ respective histories.
