Through a multi-agency initiative, DC Health and Sellers Dorsey collaborated to create public-facing dashboards that provide a comprehensive analysis of opioid overdose incidents by utilizing data from emergency medical services, the medical examiner’s office, behavioral health treatment, and forensic sciences.

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Sellers Dorsey created a comprehensive set of dashboards that provide a unique window into traffic and pedestrian safety data and electronic health record data, by developing and displaying analysis based on where people live versus where the incidents occur.

Utilizing DC’s Violent Death Reporting System (DC VDRS), a state-based active surveillance system, HDV created a comprehensive set of dashboards visualizing the characteristics, circumstances, and location information associated with violence-related deaths from homicide or suicide.

“This dashboard is like a Swiss Army Knife,” according to Johns Hopkins CCP Senior Program Director. With a mobile-first display, this dashboard synthesizes important malaria behavior survey research data to empower program planners in African countries to easily understand key findings and strategies to combat malaria.

Using workforce survey data on well-being, engagement, satisfaction, and burnout levels in HRSA-funded health centers, HDV created views allowing users to view domain and question-specific results by different demographic and staff characteristics.
