Current Responsibility
Billy Werner manages client implementations and operational delivery for the team in the areas of Medicaid financing and revenue maximization, Medicaid managed care, business development, provider policy and reimbursement. Billy has extensive experience in financial management, healthcare management, public policy, and statistical analysis.
Experience
While working for the National Board of Medical Examiners, Billy managed project teams through the product development process. As a Senior Analyst/Project Manager he facilitated needs assessments and ideation with external stakeholders, focusing on strategic initiatives that reduced organizational risk and costs. Prior to working for the NBME, Billy was a Research Assistant for Fels Research and Consulting for the University of Pennsylvania where he collected, coordinated and organized research data and statistical information for lead consultants.
