As a Senior Consultant with Sellers Dorsey, Lilly Vallee-Wilson primarily supports Sellers Dorsey’s California-based team, and she collaborates with clients and staff on projects in Medicaid financing and revenue maximization, Medicaid managed care, business development, and provider policy and reimbursement.
With over two decades of professional experience in healthcare environments, Lilly has led large-scale-multi-phase initiatives from start to finish, using her adept skills in stakeholder engagement and project management. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Lilly served as Director of Organizational Development with Provident Care Home Care, a California-based home-care system where she accelerated the transformation of their human resources and training initiatives. She also worked with Service Employees International Union (SEIU) for nearly 15 years in multiple roles, from Labor Campaign Coordinator to Deputy Organizing Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources. SEIU is one of the largest unions of healthcare workers in the western United States with over 95,000 members, and throughout her time with SEIU, Lilly gained invaluable experience developing worksite leaders, crafting and implementing strategic plans, and driving quality-improvement initiatives in health care. She holds both her BA and MA in History from San Francisco State University.
