Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Jeremy worked at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) for ten years. Most recently, Jeremy was a Special Projects Section Manager at HCPF, assessing the sufficiency of provider reimbursement rates and network adequacy using data analytics and visualizations tailored to internal and external audiences. He also oversaw the delivery of annual data analysis reports due to the legislature’s Joint Budget Committee. Prior to this role, Jeremy was a Payment Reform Section Manager and Rate Analyst at HCPF, overseeing rate setting and payment policy compliance with state and federal regulations for Colorado’s Medicaid program. He also was the project lead for several Medicaid and healthcare payment initiatives, overseeing rate setting and payment policy, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement.

Jeremy provides strategic advisory and research support for clients. He supports clients through his expertise in payment strategy policies and implementing program initiatives. With ten years of experience leveraging data analytics, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and consensus building, Jeremy provides significant expertise in payment policy and rate setting.
