Edwin has several years of experience in financial modeling in the health care industry. Most recently, Edwin worked for the Public Consulting Group as a Consultant, where he worked directly with clients and other stakeholders on proposed rates and methodologies for workers’ compensation, Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled, and other community-based programs. Edwin also worked on health care finance matters related to physician and hospital payment programs, including analyzing claims datasets to determine provider eligibility for supplemental payments.
