Current Responsibility
Dana supports Sellers Dorsey’s Legal department with preparing and reviewing contracts, procurement documents, proposals, and other legal documents. She also handles other legal matters, such as providing advice to internal stakeholders on company policies and procedures.
Experience
Dana has represented health care organizations for the bulk of her career. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Dana worked at White and Williams, LLP, and acted as its HIPAA officer. She was responsible for reviewing and revising the firm’s HIPAA policies and business associate agreements. She also advised and represented a number of health care entities on regulatory and compliance matters. Before working at White and Williams, Dana worked at Cozen O’Connor, where she represented health care providers on issues related to reimbursement, licensure, certifications, HIPAA, and more.
