Kerstin manages client initiatives from design to delivery and implementation, working with clients and fellow project team members on an array of initiatives in Medicaid financing, Medicaid managed care, business development, and provider policy and reimbursement. She offers expert familiarity, in particular, with New Jersey’s political landscape, having recently served as a Senior Policy Advisor with the State Governor’s Office.
In her work with the New Jersey State Governor’s Office, Kerstin helped advance the Governor’s policy initiatives through state departments and agencies on matters involving energy and the environment, labor and workforce development, treasury, federal issues, law enforcement and public safety, and information technology. Her prior positions within the State also include Senior Director Corporate Compliance and Accountability Officer with New Jersey Transit as well as a previous role in the Office of the Governor as Assistant Counsel, Authorities Unit.
