As a Senior Consultant for the firm, Brody McClellan uses his expertise in project oversight and management to provide consulting assistance in the areas of Medicaid policy and finance. Brody has a demonstrated history of working in the public sector and higher education industry and working as a dedicated community organizer.
Brody most recently held the position of Outreach & Government Relations Specialist at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Brody was the Medicaid & GME Federal Leveraging Specialist and served as lead project manager for the College’s Medicaid Access to Care Program where he helped design and manage educational contracts with the College’s teaching hospitals and clinics in coordination with the State Medicaid Office in order to open access for Medicaid while maintaining and enhancing educational opportunities for students and residents in a manner conducive to local community economic development structures. Mr. McClellan previously served for about eight years as an Analyst and Specialist in the Actuarial Division of the Michigan Medicaid Office where he helped design and process engineer multiple special financing programs and ACA reform projects. Brody previously served as a Legislative Aide in the Hawaii and Michigan Legislatures.
