As a Senior Consultant, Matthew works on Sellers Dorsey engagements from program design to implementation, collaborating with both clients and team members on initiatives in Medicaid financing, managed care, and provider policy and reimbursement. Matthew has a strong background in research and analysis provides clients briefs related to health care law and reform, and analysis impact of new rules and laws as they would affect client programs and policies.
Matthew joins Sellers Dorsey after several years analyzing health care policy and regulations both at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and at the Benefits Data Trust. Through these positions he gained project management experience, including project design, implementation and operationalization. He conducted research and analysis of state and federal laws and regulations with a focus on privacy, program design, implementation, vulnerable populations, health care reform proposals and other initiatives of government agencies.
