Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Vas served as the Associate Director of Finance in Revenue and Membership at UnitedHealth Group, Community & State, where he managed and reviewed monthly financial and membership reconciliations related to various revenue sources for seven health plans. He and his team were responsible for day-to-day management and planning of revenue reporting, analysis, and accounting support activities for those health plans. Prior to working at UnitedHealth Group, Vas worked at the New Jersey Division of Medical Assistance & Health Services for four years as Budget Director/Chief, Bureau & Accounting. In this role, he managed a team responsible for overseeing the Division’s $8.5 billion budget. While serving as Budget Director, Vas helped develop and provide program enrollment and service expenditure forecasts and analysis for monthly capitation and fee-for-service payments and was also instrumental in creating and implementing a new staffing plan process and format for the State. Vas is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer.


Current Responsibility

Vas Litkewycz supports the firm focusing on Medicaid financing initiatives. With specialized knowledge of public and private budgets and years of experience in finance, he is a member of the firm’s growing team of Medicaid financing and policy experts.
