Kerry Landry serves as a subject matter expert on various Medicaid financing initiatives at Sellers Dorsey. Her expertise lies in operations and health care policy. Kerry is based in California.
Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Kerry worked for the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), where she served as Assistant Deputy Director, Managed Care. During her tenure, Kerry oversaw the planning, implementation, and management of Medicaid managed care plans’ delivery services. She also oversaw the development of policy guidance to health plans. Before her time at DHCS, Kerry served as Director, Policy Development and Coverage Programs at San Francisco Health Plan. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the administration of several programs, including Healthy San Francisco (HSF), Healthy Kids (HK), and SF City Option. Kerry managed stakeholder relationships, oversaw strategic initiatives, and implemented policy changes for various initiatives, including County Children’s Health Initiative Program.
