Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Sofia was a Program Associate at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), where she provided technical support to project teams focusing on Medicaid delivery system reform and child health quality. Before working at CHCS, Sofia was a Health Care Organizer at New Jersey Citizen Action where she worked with uninsured populations to get them enrolled for health coverage. Sofia has also held research and policy related roles at Rutgers University and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
Current Responsibility
Sofia is an experienced project manager and provides technical assistance and project management support on various Sellers Dorsey Medicaid financing initiatives, including ambulance, hospital, and physician providers. She contributes to the management of client communications, deliverable preparation, and program design, implementation, and maintenance.
