Experience
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in health care and government relations and has held various leadership roles in the health care industry. He most recently served as Principal at Infinite Policy Solutions, where he worked directly with clients to increase profitability and reduce risk by solving regulatory and legislative issues at state and federal levels. Notably, Michael is the former Medicaid Director for the state of Wisconsin which served 1.1 million members. He also served as the Budget Director for the State, where he was responsible for the strategic budget and reported directly to the Governor. Michael was also the President and CEO of Nebraska Total Care from 2018 to 2019, where he was responsible for all functions of the 80,000 member health plan. Earlier in his career, Michael served as Vice President of Government Affairs at Dean Clinic and SSM Health Care. He crafted and executed Medicaid reimbursement strategies, generating millions in new revenue.
