Current Responsibility
Jill brings extensive experience in public policy and Medicaid managed care to Sellers Dorsey, having worked for multiple health plans and the Illinois Governor’s Office. Jill works with the firm’s National Consulting practice on various client engagements.
Experience
Jill has spent most of her career in health policy, government affairs, and managed care. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, she served as Senior Director of Medicaid Policy at Meridian Health Plan in Illinois. In this role, she was responsible for tracking and developing positions on all legislative and regulatory policies related to Medicaid managed care. Previously, Jill worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as the Director of Medicaid Policy and at Cigna as Director of Government Relations and Civic Affairs. Jill also founded her own company, Medicaid Policy Network, where she connects Medicaid stakeholder clients such as health plans and providers through policy and programmatic interpretation.
