Current Responsibility
Kathy Grogan helps to support the work on Pennsylvania initiatives and also works alongside the Sellers Dorsey legal department in assisting with our corporate legal functions.
Experience
Kathy brings with her over 30 years of experience working as an attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Office of General Counsel for the Department of Human Services (DHS), most recently serving as a Deputy Chief Counsel for the Department. In this role, Kathy provided litigation support and legal advice for the Office of Medical Assistance Programs, Developmental Programs, and Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Kathy has substantial knowledge and understanding of many of the long-standing projects that the Sellers Dorsey team oversees with DHS.
