Matthew supports various client engagements in Pennsylvania by providing project management services including deliverable preparation, data collection, and research.
Experience
Matthew is an experienced attorney, having come from working in human services and government. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, he worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as Assistant Counsel, where he focused on Medicaid RFPs, grants, and intergovernmental agreements. Matthew also an independent private practice attorney. He has counseled multiple clients in the oil and gas industry from 2007 to 2019.
