Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Josh worked at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in the Healthcare Administration Division, assisting with the department’s financial and business goals through active review, analysis, and program implementation. He worked with the Department’s medical director to develop initiatives including a scribe program for physicians and a residency recruiting process to streamline coordination and screenings. Prior to his work at Ascension, Josh was a Research Assistant at Wayne State University in the neurosurgery department, where he was responsible for the documentation, preservation, and input of medical history. He also conducted investigation and analysis of patient records in EMR systems for data contribution in compliance with hospital and government protocols.
