Current Responsibility
Gieselle oversees the financial operations and internal business affairs of the National Consulting practice. She executes business processes and policies to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets its financial goals.
Experience
Gieselle is a former health care executive and comes to Sellers Dorsey with over 15 years of experience in hospital and medical practice operations. Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, she served as Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff at Victoria Emergency Services, where she provided management oversight for all clinical support services. From 2009-2015, she served as COO for Emergency Service Partners, the largest independent ER medical group practice in Texas prior to its merger with USACS. Her previous experience extends to other multi-specialty areas. Gieselle served as Senior Director at NAPA, where she was responsible for the leadership and direction of the Austin Anesthesiology Group providing anesthesia coverage for HCA and its affiliates in Central Texas. Gieselle also worked at Adfinitas Health as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in charge of strategic planning and operations. She opened the group’s first contract outside of Maryland, leading to the nationwide expansion of their hospitalist and ICU coverage. In addition to these roles, Gieselle has held several other leadership positions assisting hospitals and medical practices in entering new territories and service lines with the goal of improving access to care for communities.
