Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Oge worked for the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Field Investigator, where she conducted routine and assigned investigations/audits of time and payroll records to determine compliance or non-compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, Oge served as an Administrative Resident at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (formerly Saint Barnabas Medical Center) in New Jersey, where she provided project management support to her team and focused on process improvements, safety events, quality control, and patient satisfaction. Oge has also held roles as research assistant and laboratory technician at research and medical centers including Weill Cornell Medicine Multiple Sclerosis Research Center, La Clínica de San José in Peru, Aresty Research Center, and Genesis
Ogechukwu (Oge) works on various Medicaid financing initiatives in New Jersey. Skilled in research and analysis, having had multiple positions at research centers and labs, she provides research and project management support on client engagements. As project manager for several clients, Oge helps meet project milestones and complete key deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, Oge serves as Culture Coordinator of the Culture Crew, an employee-driven internal resource group that helps develop and execute programs that support our core values, strives to keep employees engaged, and makes a positive impact on the employee experience at Sellers Dorsey. She is a valued member and strong asset to the firm.
