Current Responsibility

Jose works with the IT Department to provide phone and desk support to Sellers Dorsey staff and administer the corporate Help Desk platform. He specializes in computer and technical support.


Jose has years of technical experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex system issues. Most recently, Jose was a System Analyst at The Renfrew Center, where he trained staff on how to use various applications and new technologies. Previously, Jose worked at the Philadelphia Performing Arts Charter School, where he set up and maintained more than 500 devices. He was also a Computer Support Specialist for the Philadelphia School District, where he was responsible for providing technical support to multiple locations. In this role, Jose oversaw the performance of computer systems and recommended improvements and upgrades of the systems and processes.
