As an Associate Project Manager, Kelly handles client implementation and research supporting the firm’s New Jersey initiatives. Her work focuses on Medicaid financing. Additionally, she assists the firm with ongoing client initiatives and client engagement.
Recently, Kelly was a Behavioral Health Counselor with Serv Behavioral Health. Kelly was responsible for providing direct supports to adults and children with intellectual developmental disabilities with daily activities. Prior to this role, Kelly was a Research Assistant with Drexel University’s Department of Community Health & Prevention. She assisted with developing policies on substance use disorders and treatment for students while also working on initiatives to raise awareness about substance use among faculty and staff. Kelly also worked as a Program Assistant at the Center for Healthcare Strategies. Working with CHCS, Kelly conducted research to develop a Performance Improvement Project (PIP) template for managed care organizations’ quality improvement strategies focused on children’s oral health. She also assisted in managing projects and provided technical assistance for state Medicaid agencies and outside organizations.
