Current Responsibility
Alex is a member of Sellers Dorsey’s Research and Policy team, focusing on researching health policies and assisting with internal analyses and reports. Alex also contributes to our newsletter, the Sellers Dorsey Digest.
Experience
Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Alex was a Sexual Health Program Coordinator at CommUnityCare Health Centers in Austin, a county affiliated FQHC. In this role, she managed sexual health grants and was responsible for strategic planning, provider training, data reporting and analysis, marketing, and business development. Alex also has experience conducting research and data analysis for Texas Health and Human Services’ Health Quality Division, Austin’s city and county health departments, and a nonprofit serving Texans experiencing homelessness. Alex has also led university-affiliated research projects mapping policy solutions for improving the health and wellness of Austin’s restaurant industry workforce and its dual-eligible senior population.
