Marty is the co-founder and CEO of Sellers Dorsey. With 30+ years’ experience in the public and private sectors, his novel healthcare approaches have impacted nationwide reforms at both state and federal levels, including the development of the groundbreaking universal healthcare program in Massachusetts. Before founding Sellers Dorsey, Marty also helped forge one of the largest state-based government relations firms in the country.

As co-partner of Sellers Dorsey, Brian Dorsey has worked to cultivate a firm that values both its clients and employees. He has a deep historical knowledge of the firm and offers council to help ensure the entire team is executing on the firm’s mission. Donna Dorris joined Sellers Dorsey in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Donna is responsible for financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, tax planning, benefits administration, corporate compliance, and contract administration. She manages our administrative team, our facilities, and our information technology systems.

Christopher Labonte oversees the firm’s corporate strategy, business development, sales, marketing, and government relations. He leads his team to identify and secure new opportunities for the firm through the acquisition of new clients and expansion into new markets.

Brian McGuckin is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s corporate strategic plan, including aligning the plan with current market trends and federal/state policy changes.  Brian also directs a number of Medicaid financing engagements, using the significant experience he has gained working with states, counties,  hospitals, and nursing homes across the country over the almost 15 years Brian has been with the firm.

Lauren joined Sellers Dorsey in 2021 as General Corporate Counsel. She oversees all legal matters and provides senior management with effective advice on legal and logical implications of company strategies and their implementation.

Bringing 30 years of Pennsylvania government experience to Sellers Dorsey, Ann provides our Harrisburg team with strategic guidance and leadership. On top of Medicaid funding, health care reimbursement, and health and human service policy, she is also well versed in PA’s budgeting process, governmental programs, and political acumen, making her an invaluable asset to clients.

Working with the growing team of Medicaid financing and reimbursement experts at Sellers Dorsey, Mark identifies innovative initiatives that bring in additional health care resources for Sellers Dorsey clients. The second employee hired by the firm, he has held numerous positions during his tenure in both client servicing and sales for both public and private sector clients, and his work has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in additional federal funds, creating access to care for individuals in over 40 states.

Gary Jessee assists states, managed care organizations, service providers, and support vendors working within Medicaid. For 20+ years, he’s worked in health and human services at state and national levels, and his successful tenure in Texas state government comprises several leadership roles, including State Medicaid Director.

She oversees a range of items related to human capital including talent acquisition, development and training, performance management, IT infrastructure oversight and security, and management and planning of our office facilities.
