Sellers Dorsey announced today the firm has hired Melinda (Mindy) Braithwaite as Vice President of Administration. The firm created this new senior leadership role to guide the company’s increasing investments in human capital, technology, and facilities. Ms. Braithwaite brings extensive expertise in business and human resource management, which she has used throughout her career to assist organizations pursuing strategic growth initiatives.
Sellers Dorsey has seen tremendous growth over the past three years. In anticipation of continuing this strategic growth, Ms. Braithwaite will provide leadership on a range of activities that are fundamental to the functioning of the firm, including talent acquisition, training, performance management, IT infrastructure and security, and physical infrastructure.

Ms. Braithwaite’s background in business and human resource leadership includes 20+ years of experience across a range of industries, as an employee and consultant for growing organizations. She has served in executive roles in both operations and human capital management, and she has been recognized for building the business processes and infrastructure necessary for teams to produce outstanding results. Additionally, Ms. Braithwaite has executive experience in the business of health care, having overseen human resources functions for a health care provider in an earlier position.

Based near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ms. Braithwaite joins Sellers Dorsey as a member of its corporate management team and will officially be based in the company’s headquarters in Philadelphia.
