Sellers Dorsey is pleased to welcome Donna Morrow, RN, as our Engagement Director of Healthcare Transformation. Donna brings extensive experience in delivery system reform, value-based care, and clinical operations, further strengthening our ability to help clients translate strategy into sustainable, real-world impact.
Donna joins Sellers Dorsey with a strong background in healthcare operations and implementation, particularly at the intersection of clinical care, technology, and client engagement. Her career has focused on helping organizations design, launch, and scale innovative care models, ensuring they are not only visionary but operationally sound and outcomes driven.
Most recently, Donna worked with Decimal Health as a Subject Matter Expert Engagement Consultant, where she provided leadership and clinical expertise in developing and implementing remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions. In this role, she supported the full client engagement lifecycle, helping organizations move from program design through execution across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Donna partnered closely with health plans, providers, and technology teams to ensure program goals, workflows, and user experiences were aligned. Her ability to blend clinical insight with operational leadership enabled clients to uncover opportunities, navigate complexity, and deliver meaningful improvements in care delivery.
Throughout her career, Donna has demonstrated a consistent commitment to advancing value-based care and delivery system transformation. As a registered nurse, she brings a practical understanding of clinical workflows and patient needs, paired with strong operational acumen. She is known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, helping organizations operationalize change in ways that work for providers, patients, and communities.
In her role as Engagement Director, Healthcare Transformation, Donna will work closely with clients of Sellers Dorsey to support program design, implementation, and execution across a range of healthcare initiatives. She will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex transformations while maintaining a focus on quality, access, and measurable outcomes.
