Sellers Dorsey is pleased to welcome Dana Hand as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Dana will lead the firm’s Human Resources (HR) organization, shaping and executing a forward‑thinking strategy that supports the company’s people, culture, and continued growth. Her work will focus on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design, ensuring HR initiatives remain closely aligned with the firm’s business objectives and mission. 

Dana brings more than 20 years of diverse experience across the culinary, banking, legal, and healthcare industries, with a deep track record of building and leading high‑performing HR organizations. She joins Sellers Dorsey from PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing talent acquisition, optimizing HR operations to align with business needs, and advancing leadership development initiatives. 

Prior to PANTHERx, Dana spent over a decade at CityMD (now VillageMD), where she spearheaded a wide range of HR initiatives and refined her expertise in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Her work supported rapid organizational growth while strengthening culture and leadership capabilities across the enterprise. 

Dana’s career has been guided by a deep commitment to people and purpose.
