Sellers Dorsey is pleased to welcome Bryan Vaughn as a Director of Sales Enablement. Bryan brings a valuable combination of data analytics expertise and revenue operations leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing, data-driven sales organizations. His experience aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success functions will strengthen the Firm’s ability to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to clients.
Bryan joins Sellers Dorsey from MCG Health, where he served as Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. In this role, he acted as a critical integrator across go-to-market teams, leading enablement programs and process improvements designed to accelerate sales performance. He built a high-functioning sales engine grounded in data and analytics, focused on increasing revenue, improving sales productivity, and enhancing operational efficiency.
During his time at MCG Health, Bryan also led the annual end-to-end sales planning process, spearheaded CRM system design and optimization, implemented a modern sales technology stack, and developed KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting that enabled more informed, strategic decision-making.
Prior to MCG Health, Bryan served as Director of Sales Operations at Medical Review Institute of America. There, he was responsible for all aspects of sales operations, including planning, forecasting, reporting, process optimization, sales enablement, system administration, and territory planning. His leadership helped drive more structured, efficient sales processes and strengthened organizational visibility into performance and growth opportunities.
