She has served under Pennsylvania Governor, Edward G. Rendell, as acting Deputy Secretary for the Department of Long Term Living in the Department of Public Welfare, and as the Director of the Bureau of Long Term Care programs.

Pat spent 18 years in managerial and consulting roles within the private health insurance sector, focusing on customer service, claims, and product development.


Current Responsibility

Pat Brady leads the team responsible for client service, business development, and thought leadership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She serves as the lead consultant for projects in the state.

She works with the CEO to establish the strategy for the practice, ensuring excellent client service, staff recruitment and development, product innovation, and business development. Pat’s expert perspective encompasses political strategy, federal negotiations, and the intricacies of implementation. She specializes in finding new financing methodologies to support the programs of state and local governments, hospitals, nursing homes, and home and community based service providers. Pat’s knowledge of budget structures, reimbursement methodologies, and financial modeling have helped develop successful new revenue maximization techniques. In addition to leading the Pennsylvania practice, Pat provides strategic guidance to the CEO in the area of revenue maximization.
