Troy manages the daily administrative infrastructure and operations of the firm. As the key architect of the information technology platform, Troy ensures that the firm and its team members have the most up-to-the-minute tools that enable Sellers Dorsey to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Troy also plays an integral role in the support of client services. Recently, he helped implement a provider assessment for Pennsylvania nursing homes, generating millions in additional federal revenue.
Previously, Troy managed the implementation of the firm's marketing and public relations efforts.
Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Troy worked at State Net, the largest national legislative tracking service in the U.S. As the Client Services and Capital Officer Manager in Pennsylvania, he managed the staff, data collection processes, client accounts and new client developments in the Pennsylvania market. He previously served as a legislative reporter, covering the Pennsylvania House and Senate.
