With more than 30 years of experience on federal and state health policy issues as well as Medicaid financing, he is a resourceful innovator who continuously seeks out inspired win-win solutions to some of the nation's most challenging healthcare concerns.
Beginning his career in state government as Special Assistant to a Cabinet Secretary and chief administrative officer of Medicaid programs, and moving on to become a healthcare consultant for the last thirty years, Marty has learned hands-on how to align states and key industry stakeholders as they reform Medicaid programs by increasing federal revenue participation, develop cost containment programs, improve system quality and increase access to affordable healthcare coverage for millions of uninsured.
