Sellers Dorsey is a national health care consulting firm specializing in Medicaid finance, health reform, Medicaid managed care, payment reform, revenue maximization, long-term care, and market and policy intelligence. Founded in 2000, we are headquartered in Philadelphia with offices and consultants in Harrisburg, Madison, San Francisco, Austin, and Washington, DC.
Our team includes former directors and senior level managers of state Medicaid programs - experts in Medicaid and Medicare financing, managed care, operations, and policy. Team members include former officials of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of Management and Budget, and individuals with substantial experience working and negotiating with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in both public and private capacities.
